Rodlino Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with the Rodlino Android game and communications sent to our support address. It describes the offline Android release, version 0.30.0.

1. Who Is Responsible

The data controller is:

Mohanad Alkader
Operating under the publisher name Rodlino Games

Postal address: [INSERT YOUR VALID LEGAL OR BUSINESS POSTAL ADDRESS]

Privacy and support email: rodlino.games@gmail.com

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mohanad Alkader, operating under the publisher name Rodlino Games.

2. App Information

App name: Rodlino
Publisher name: Rodlino Games
Android application ID: com.rodlino.game
Version covered by this policy: 0.30.0
Platform: Android

Rodlino is an offline game. Creating an account or contacting support is not required to play.

3. Data Handled by the Game

The version covered by this policy does not transmit gameplay data or personal data from the game to servers operated by us.

The game does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party crash-reporting services, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or cloud accounts.

It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photographs, or personal documents. It does not request or use an advertising identifier.

These statements concern the Rodlino game itself. Separate processing associated with Google Play, Android, support email, and the website displaying this policy is explained below.

4. Game Progress and Settings Stored on Your Device

Rodlino stores information within its local app storage so that the game can remember your progress and preferences. This includes:

We do not receive or remotely access this locally stored game information. The current version does not provide cloud synchronization or a recovery account.

Local information remains on your device until it is changed or removed through the game, deleted through Android settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled.

To delete local game information, use:

Android Settings → Apps → Rodlino → Storage → Clear data

The names of these settings may vary by device. Uninstalling the app also removes its app data through the normal Android uninstall process.

We cannot restore deleted progress from our servers because we do not keep a server copy.

5. Information You Send to Support

If you email rodlino.games@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. This may include your name, device model, Android version, screenshots, or a description of a technical problem.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, and manage the related correspondence. Where necessary, relevant records may also be used to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Providing support information is voluntary. Without enough information about a reported problem, we may be unable to investigate it. You can continue playing without contacting us.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Legal bases

For ordinary support correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in answering inquiries, resolving technical problems, and maintaining the reliability of the game.

Where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Where retaining or disclosing particular information is required by law, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention of support correspondence

We review support correspondence when a request has been resolved and delete personal information when it is no longer needed for the request or reasonably necessary follow-up.

Where particular records must be retained to meet a legal obligation or address an identified legal claim, we retain only the relevant information for the period necessary for that purpose. We do not use retained support correspondence for advertising.

Deletion from an email provider’s backups or technical systems may follow that provider’s separate deletion procedures.

6. Email Providers, Other Recipients, and International Processing

We use Gmail, a Google service, to receive, store, and send support correspondence. Google processes information involved in operating that service under its applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

Google’s services may involve processing information outside the European Economic Area. Information about Google’s processing and international-transfer arrangements is available at:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks

Our use of Gmail for support does not upload your locally stored game progress to Gmail.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use support correspondence for advertising or marketing profiles.

Where necessary, information may be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities to obtain advice, comply with a legal obligation, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any such disclosure is limited to information relevant to that purpose.

7. Google Play and Android

Google Play, Android, and services installed on your device may independently process information relating to app downloads, updates, security, crashes, or device diagnostics, depending on their services and your settings.

That processing is separate from the game’s local progress storage and is governed by the relevant provider’s privacy information. Google’s Privacy Policy is available at:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

The current version of Rodlino does not contain a separate advertising, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting integration.

8. The Website Displaying This Policy

Opening this policy in a web browser involves a connection to the website’s hosting provider. Website processing must be distinguished from playing Rodlino offline.

Website hosting and privacy information:
[INSERT THE HOSTING PROVIDER’S NAME AND THE APPLICABLE WEBSITE PRIVACY INFORMATION. THIS MUST DESCRIBE THE DATA ACTUALLY PROCESSED, SUCH AS IP ADDRESSES, ACCESS LOGS OR COOKIES, THE PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES, RETENTION, RECIPIENTS, AND ANY APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS. A LINK TO A SEPARATE, COMPLETE WEBSITE PRIVACY NOTICE MAY BE USED.]

The statement that Rodlino stores gameplay information locally does not mean that visiting this webpage involves no processing of personal data.

9. Security

We limit our handling of support information to what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy and use appropriate access controls and organizational measures to protect it.

Email communication and local device storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect access to your device and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

The game’s local save files are not presented as encrypted storage or as a secure financial account.

10. Children

The offline game does not request personal information or account registration from players, including children.

A parent or guardian who believes that a child has sent unnecessary personal information to our support address may contact us. We will review the request and remove information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Any future introduction of advertising, accounts, analytics, or online features will require a review of the relevant privacy practices and child-protection requirements before those features are introduced.

11. Your Data Protection Rights

Where the GDPR applies, and subject to its conditions, you may have the right to:

You can exercise these rights by emailing rodlino.games@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity when necessary.

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where a lawful extension is necessary, we will explain the extension within the initial response period.

These rights can apply to support correspondence even though the game has no cloud account. We cannot retrieve local game information that has never been transmitted to us.

We do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

12. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, including the authority in the EU or EEA country where you habitually reside or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

For Berlin, the supervisory authority is:

Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit

Complaint information:

https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de/buergerinnen-und-buerger/beschwerde/

You may contact us first to seek a resolution, but doing so is not a condition for exercising your right to complain.

13. Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when the game’s features or our data-handling practices change.

If advertising, analytics, purchases, accounts, or online services are introduced, we will update the relevant privacy disclosures before those features begin processing personal data. Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain valid consent.

The latest version will display its update date. Continued use of the game is not treated as consent where the law requires a separate consent decision.
